How much does your shipping cost?

We offer $5 flat rate domestic shipping & handling for your first item. Every additional item is $2 each.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please email us at info@lvtmodels.com if you'd like your order shipped outside of the USA.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

This all depends on where the item(s) are shipping to. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. You can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days.

How do I know what size to order?

Please use the size chart next to every item's description to see what size would fit best.

Can I return or exchange my item?

At this time, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. We highly recommend using the size chart found on each item's page to help guide you in ordering the correct size.

I received my item, but it's the wrong size/color/etc. What do I do?

Please email info@lvtmodels.com with a photo of your item and we will happily send you a new item if a wrong one was sent. You will not be charged for the shipping of the new item if you were shipped the wrong item. 

I would love to order one of your items in a specific color, but don't see it on your website. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! If you'd like one of our items in a specific color or would like the logo changed to a specific color, feel free to email info@lvtmodels.com with your idea/request and we'll get back to you. Please note that not every request can be accommodated, but we will do our best!

I would love to donate to Angels for Animals on my own. How do I do that?

Check out Angels for Animals website to learn more about this amazing rescue. You can either mail a check directly to them or donate online.
